Job Position: Office Administrator (13100)

Salary: $30 per hour for 40 hours/week

Location: 410- 9 avenue, Carstairs. AB. T0M 0N0

Vacancy: 1

Employment Type: Full-time Permanent.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail.

Work Site Environment: Noisy

Specific Skills:

·      Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

·      Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.

·      Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.

·      Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

·      Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

·      Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.

·      Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

·      Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.

·      Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
