Permanent Position: Restaurant Supervisor (NOC #62020)

Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible.

Wage Rate: $22.00/hourly for 32- 40 hours per week.

Job Location: 1234 Brookdale Avenue, Cornwall, Ontario K6J4P8.

Terms of Employment: Day, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, On Call, Shift, Weekend.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience required.

Language: English.

Job Duties:

• Establish methods to meet work schedules

• Requisition food and kitchen supplies

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

• Hire food service staff

• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

• Address customers' complaints or concerns

• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

• Prepare and submit reports

• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

• Establish work schedules

• Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff
